The cottage comes equipped with 2 TV's, VCR, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, microwave, water purification system, HEPA air filtration system, water cooler, 4 pce. bathroom, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, BBQ, picnic table and lawn chairs. We supply sheets, pillow cases and pillows. You supply your own toiletries, towels and blankets.
The rental rate is $1,000.00 per week. Check in at 3 p.m Sat. and check out at 12 noon the following Saturday. We accept payment by Visa or M/C. A non-refundable booking deposit of $500.00 is required when making the reservation. The balance of $500.00 plus a security deposit of $250.00 is processed at check-in time. The $250.00 security deposit will be credited back to you upon a satisfactory inspection at check-out time.
